MISSION
Fridge Door Live! Theatre Builds Confidence, Develops Competence, and Encourages Collaboration, in a personal and caring atmosphere, through a performing arts experience.

HISTORY
Fridge Door Live Theatre began in 2006 with two weeks of Summer Camp designed for youth who had an interest in the performing arts. In January 2010, a weekly program during the school year began in Komoka and a second program was added in September in East London. Fridge Door Live has grown from 25 to serving more than 150 youth annually.

The focus of the camps and programs is to give children and youth a performing arts experience, focused on a positive moral theme. Cast members are involved in theatre learning and development games and activities while working towards a final production that includes acting, singing and choreography, that is presented before a live audience of family and friends. Along with the fun of meeting new friends, each participant discovers and builds confidence, develops competence and is encouraged in collaboration.

In 2011, Fridge Door Live Theatre Company officially became incorporated as a non-profit organization. Link here to learn more about the creator and director, Len Cuthbert.
