GUIDELINES
Limited
Enrollment:
Registrations are limited, based on a first-registered-with-payment
basis.
Schedule:
For the benefit of all registrants, daily attendance is required.
If absents are anticipated, please do not register.
Performance:
A performance will be scheduled on the last day for families and
friends to attend.
Weather
Cancellation: If weather forces cancellation of a night,
no compensation will be made to accomodate. An effort will be
made to rebook the final peformance night if it is necessary to
cancel but cannot be guaranteed..
Age
Limited: September to April (As of September). July &
August (As of coming September)
Cancellation:
Full Refund: Within 25 days of date of payment if made
more than 4 weeks in advance of first day.
Full Refund Less 5%: Up to 4 weeks prior to the first day.
Full Refund Less $30: Within 4 weeks prior to the first
day.
No Refund: As of the first day of the program -- regardless
of the reason.
Memorizing:
Participants will need to spend some time at home memorizing some
lines and possibly some music.
Conduct:
For the safety and benefit of all registrants, all youth must
participate under the direction of the leadership. Those choosing
not to follow the leadership will not be permitted to return and
no refund will be made.
Payment:
By Cheque (Payable to Fridge Door Live Theatre Company) or online
with credit/debit card.
In
the unlikely event that it becomes necessary, the leadership reserves
the right to cancel or change a night.
