SYNOPSIS
When American Airlines Flight 1 crashed on Thompson and Viola Howe’s farm on October 30, 1941, the residents of Lawrence Station, Ontario and the surrounding community rushed to rescue the 17 passengers and 3 crew members aboard. It remains one of Canada’s deadliest aviation disasters. This music-infused play explores the lives forever changed by the tragic final flight of the Flagship Erie.

	Claire Jones-Fright Actor / Singer Claire Jones-Fright is an actor, singer, dancer and violinist, passionate for Canadian works with thought provoking themes that leave the audience with a new perspective. Claire graduated from St. Clair College’s Music Theatre Performance Program in 2024. Select theatre credits include Emily Strong in Cosmic Ebenezer (AlvegoRoot Theatre), Blanche Barrow in Bonnie and Clyde: The Musical and Amelia Dodds in Oil Rush (Victoria Playhouse Petrolia). Film credits include Mozart and The Dress (Gypsy Cobb Studios). Claire most recently stepped into the role of assistant director for the premiere of Take The Big Picture (AlvegoRoot Theatre). She thanks her parents for gifting her with the profound love of music and performance from an early age and for their support and inspiration.
	Tina Sterling Actor / Singer Tina Sterling holds a BA and MA in theatre and performance from U of T. She was recently in AlvegoRoot Theatre's production of Take the Big Picture as the Terrible Triplets! Some favorite projects were with the Guild Festival Theatre as Arsinoe in Misanthrope and Miss Prism in The Importance of Being Earnest as well as playing the off balance Queen Margaret d'Anjou in Glasswater Theatre's production of The Queens. She loves character and voice work and trying out musical theatre for the first time!
	Tracy Marshall Actor / Singer Tracy Marshall is an actor, singer, visual artist, and poet. Selected performing credits include: Vicky in Caught in the Net (Port Stanley Festival Theatre) and Serena in Legally Blonde (Simply Theatre). Her visual art has been displayed in juried exhibitions including Paint Ontario in Grand Bend and The Little Black Frame Event at the Art Gallery of Lambeth. Her poetry has been published in What If? Magazine.
	Fynn Cuthbert Composer / Musican Fynn has been involved in music and theatre as long as he can remember. He is a proud graduate of the St Clair College Music Theatre Performance Program and has been working on the stage and off it in the Toronto area ever since. His latest musical, Grey Spaces, was the Adams Prize for Musical Theatre runner-up at Toronto Fringe this summer, and his newest album, Nostalgia Echoes, is available on all streaming platforms. 	Len Cuthbert Playwright, Producer Len is the founding director of Fridge Door Live Theatre Company. His plays have been produced throughout North America and Europe. His collection of short plays about reunions, Reunited Shorts, was published by Dramatic Publishing in 2020. His meta-comedy 107 was produced at the 2021 London Fringe Festival, the 2022 Toronto Fringe Festival, and the 2022 Newmarket International One Act Festival, and published by Original Works Publishing in 2023. His play Red Comet was staged locally in August and presented at the Newmarket International One Act Festival in September. 	Rebecca Cuthbert Properties & Costume Manager Rebecca has been involved with Fridge Door Live Theatre Company since its inception, playing a number of supporting roles off stage. During business hours, she is an administrative professional with experience in international not-for-profits and national corporations.
	Brad Leenstra Lighting & Sound Technician Brad is a proud theatre adult and has served in a wide variety of roles including actor, director, co-writer, set designer, stage manager as well as audio, video, and lightning technician. In their day-to-day life, Brad works as an AV & IT Specialist at McMaster University in Hamilton, ON. They have also had the unique experience of surviving a plane crash as a passenger aboard a flight training school aircraft.
